Happy Birthday to me.

The phone rang early when my dear Godmother called to wish me a happy day (she wisely knew things would just get crazier as my day progressed). Josh woke up and seemed perturbed I was on the phone. As soon as I hung up I received another call. After getting off, he asked me why the phone was ringing so early. I told him that sweet people were calling to say happy birthday. He looks at me and says: "Since its your birthday, do we HAVE to have oatmeal?"

Now Josh is clearly a man who knows how to prioritize. It was going to be his Mother's birthday ALL DAY. But he only had ONE shot to avoid oatmeal!

I got to be tha last caller of the day (close to 11 pm)to wish Aubrey Happy Birthday. I didn't want to hog the morning.

I STILL WANT TO KNOW WHO AUBREY'S GODMOTHER IS, AND WHY I DON'T HAVE ONE TOO!!!

Its Val, Annie...and have you already forgotten that Aubrey always got the stuff we didn't? Really what "godparent" means, is that you get extra presents on holidays and birthdays. I'm not sure if 30 is too late to try to get one, but I was thinking about making a go of it.

Hey Aubrey! Just wanted to let you know that my family enjoyed your "Sin"amon rolls yesterday! Ryan says that Cinnabon wants their recipe back....

After having a crazy hectic time lately, I decided to take time to catch up on some blogs since no one EVER writes to me! ;-) (I emailed this to you a while ago, but am getting things bounced back so I wasn't sure if you received it. Therefore, I'm posting it here.)

I'm so sorry to hear about Sam's asthma. We know how NOT fun breathing problems are! Will be praying.

Miss you all so much! We have finally moved to a different church. We're going to a PCA presbyterian church that has lots of homeschooling families and lots of babies and young children. We'd been missing that! They also have an amazing pianist. It just makes worship so much more meaningful to me than the modern "rock band" style that most churches around here have.

The kids are still having a hard time connecting. Not too sure what to do with them any more. They are both starting to "feel their oats." Or whatever you want to call it. They are both quite the individualists!

Hugs to everyone!
Love,
June
